COME TRAIN WITH US! WE TRAIN TO WIN!

Private training is led by our elite trainers, and gives athletes a 1 on 1, and small group training opportunity to improve their fundamental skills, and fine tune their hoop game. Private workouts are available at indoor gym location.

TRILOGY HOOPS SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training is a 60 minute specialized session led by our elite trainers, and gives all athletes opportunity to improve on their weaknesses,  improve on their fundamentals, and fine tune their games.

*Players can also plan longer 90 minute or 120 minute sessions with their trainers! Meeting times are based on the athlete’s schedule.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Participants in these sessions will be put through a series of intense 1 ball and 2-ball handling and pin-point passing drills, efficient catch and release shooting clinics, unique and creative ways to create space off the dribble into a shot or a pass. Trainers will teach different and effective ways to attack the rim and finish with finesse and also contact.  Medicine balls, pylons, stationary defenders, agility ladders and other trainer equipment will sometimes be used to help increase and improve different skill sets.  In a personal training session you will play 1 on 1 against the trainer and be taught ways to not only beat your defender but stop your opponent as well.  Be prepared also to experience fatiguing and demanding strength and conditioning exercises that will require participants to challenge their inner-self to push beyond their limits.

  • Teach how to increase power and strength, altered body composition, improved cardiovascular conditioning.

REGISTRATION INFO

1) Pay for lessons. When you proceed to checkout, in the “Additional Information” section, please specify when you would like to begin the private lessons.

2) After paying, Trilogy Hoops will contact you to schedule the lesson(s) and pair your child with a compatible trainer

* Refunds only 24 hours prior to training sessions.

PRIVATE 1 ON 1 & GROUP TRAINING FEES

All Training Sessions are $60.00 per hour

Tryout Information:

1. Bring water bottle.

2. Wear proper gym workout gear.

3. Wear good basketball shoes.

4. Arrive 15 minutes early to sign in.

5. Bring your own basketball to use during the tryout/evaluation.
